Welcome to Arshiya Travels (Arshiya Tours and Travels), located at Prahaladapuram, Simhachalam, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. By utilizing our car rental, taxi booking, tour package, or outstation transportation services through our website (arshiyatravels.com), WhatsApp, phone, or in person, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.

• Advance Confirmation: Bookings can be requested via our online forms, phone call, or official WhatsApp numbers (+91 9985065062 / +91 9704601460). A booking is considered confirmed once trip details and vehicle allocation are mutually acknowledged.
• Accurate Details: The customer must provide accurate pickup location, destination, contact phone number, reporting time, and passenger count to ensure appropriate vehicle arrangement.
• Vehicle Availability: While we guarantee vehicle category (Hatchback, Sedan, SUV, Crysta, Tempo Traveller), in rare circumstances of vehicle maintenance or breakdown, an equivalent or higher category vehicle will be substituted at no extra charge.

• Package Inclusions: Unless explicitly quoted otherwise in an all-inclusive holiday package, standard cab fares include vehicle rental and driver charges.
• Toll & Parking Fees: Toll gate charges, parking fees, interstate permit taxes, and monument entrance fees are payable directly by the passenger at actuals.
• Distance & Timing Calculation: Kilometers and duty hours are counted garage-to-garage or from designated reporting points as agreed during booking. Extra kilometers or overtime beyond booked limits will incur standard hourly/kilometer rates.
• Night Driver Allowance: Trips running between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM may incur a standard nominal night driver allowance (Bata).

• Local City Rides: Free cancellation is permitted if requested at least 4 hours prior to scheduled reporting time.
• Outstation & Multi-Day Tour Packages: Cancellations made 24 hours prior to trip start time are eligible for full deposit refund or rescheduling. Cancellations within 12 hours may be subject to a nominal vehicle reservation fee.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds are credited directly to the original payment method or UPI within 24 to 48 business hours.

• Zero Tolerance for Illegal Substances: Transport or consumption of alcohol, narcotics, contraband, or hazardous materials inside our vehicles is strictly prohibited. Drivers have the legal authority to report violations and terminate the ride.
• Seating Capacity: Passengers must adhere to the legal registered capacity of the vehicle (e.g., 4 passengers in Sedans, 6-7 in Innova/Ertiga, 12-26 in Tempo Travellers). Overloading vehicles is strictly prohibited for passenger safety.
• Ghat Road Guidelines: For hill station trips such as Araku Valley, Borra Caves, and Lambasingi, passengers must adhere to driver instructions regarding ghat road transit schedules and safety speeds.

Arshiya Travels is not liable for travel delays caused by unavoidable events including severe monsoon weather, landslides, traffic congestion, strikes, road closures, or rail/flight schedule changes. In the event of a mechanical failure, we make every reasonable effort to provide a replacement vehicle swiftly to ensure customer comfort.
